JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Responsible for business development in the particular state, monitoring of performance of the sales team to ensure growth in business volume through providing of proper guidance and motivation.
  • Develop brand image and position the product in the market, communication across all customer touch-points though dearer distributor’s network.
  • Coordination with Production team for production planning according to demand
  • Formulating & executing sales strategy in the assigned zone and across the states, sales forecasting for the territory on a monthly & annual basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Experience in TMT sale in Institutional project specifically dealt customers(Govt. Project and Pvt. Project) in construction business of regions.
  • Developing Relationship with Key Govt. Project Head and concern authorities, Group of Influencers that extends support beyond specific sales events and opportunities.
  • Maintaining data base of customers of real estate & Govt. contractors of the region
  • Ensuring that the project teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as defined.
  • Government approval for the project and Liaison .

Job Summary:

Execution, Monitoring and pre-commissioning Level of Integrated safety and security projects (CCTV system) utlising resources like subcontractors and technicians. Should have a knowledge of understanding of CCTV, and Networking cable routing & Termination and infrastructure works. Carrying out joint measurements with customer , coordinating vendor for invoice certification and submiiting MIS updates to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibility Area:

• Good knowledge of VMS
• Hardcore execution experience in Electronic device installation, Cable (OFC, Power, Data) laying & termination at the various security elements inside the Junction Box, IP camera installation and configuration, POE installation, Access control Systems installationbr
• Manage SOW vendor on day to day basis
• Report daily and weekly progress as required to the Project Manager and also to the customer.
• Implementting the sites related to CCTV,Access control system, etc.
• Flexible in movement from one site to another as per site requirement.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintainence of the site
• Build good relationship with customer
• Quantity / Measurement report certification from Customer
• Prepration / Marking of building layout on drawing for as-built
Education Background:

• Site survey of multiple site locations, prepartion of BOM and layout(Systems, POwer and Network) drawing
• Submission of BOM and layout plan to client.
• Configuration & testing of all active components of projects before actual deployement at site
• Comissioning of IP CCTV system,Server ,PA and VMS software with analytics.
• Flexible in movement from one site to another as per site requirement.
• Hands on experience in Electronic device installation, Cable tray, Cable (OFC, Power, Data) laying & termination at various security elements inside the Junction Box, IP camera installation and configuration, POE installation, Access control kit installation (Magnetic locks, Readers, Exit switches, Magnetic contacts, Biometric readers, RFId readers).
• Report daily and weekly progress as required to the Project Manager and also to the customer.
•Guide Field Engineer in comissioning the sites
• Build good relationship with customer
• Ensure compliance to ISO and HSE Procedures and processes
• Support Project Manager to ensure timely completion against project schedule
• Successfully handover the system to the customer.
• The Candidate should maintin the overall quality of the systems deliverables

Education Background: Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Telecommunications


Experience Background: 4-6 years in Physical Security Projects Implementation and support
